Barskingen OCR is a 5 and 8 km obstacle race with a minimum age requirement of 14 years. Participants will get sweaty, muddy, laughing, and tired, all while experiencing an incredible sense of achievement! In the forests of Rakkestad, you will crawl through mud, climb walls, carry heavy loads, jump, pull, and balance, all while enjoying the camaraderie with hugs and high-fives.
