BDO-Mila is the trail run that suits most people. Welcome to a free event where you can choose whether to run for time or not. Across the country, we create an arena each year where everyone can experience belonging and achievement through physical activity together with others. BDO-Mila Lillestrøm welcomes children, youth, adults, recreational runners, and competitive runners, with a focus on challenging oneself and having fun.
