Race description
Checkpoint Melshei is a low-threshold trail run in Melsheia in Sandnes. The start and finish are at the SI cabin. The course runs between three checkpoints that the runners must visit. Participants can choose their own route to the checkpoints. The checkpoints are announced in advance so that runners can plan their race. The terrain depends on the route choice and will vary from fast surfaces like asphalt and gravel to trails and rougher terrain with varying elevation. You can expect to run between 7 and 10 km. Prizes for winners in each category, in addition to random draw prizes. Kiosk and speaker at the venue. Restrooms and changing rooms at the SI cabin.
