Frogn Longways 2025 takes place on Sunday, September 14, and is a cultural hiking march and trail run for the whole family. The route goes through varying forest and cultural landscapes via historical sites in Frogn, providing a great opportunity to get to know the municipality. Drinks will be served at five checkpoints, but it is recommended to bring your own drinks and packed lunch for those who wish to complete the entire route. Participants can choose to start from Ramme or Follo Museum, and the trail run starts at 10:00 AM with distances of 10 or 28 km.
