The Heart Run 5K was held on Thursday, October 24, in Holmenkollen by the pharmaceutical company Boehringer Ingelheim, to benefit Adults with Congenital Heart Defects (VMH) and the Organ Donation Foundation. Nearly 300 people participated in the event, where they could choose to walk or run 3 or 5 km in Norway's ski arena at the top of Oslo. This was the first time the race was held in Holmenkollen, and the course was steep.
