On Saturday, June 17, the uphill race From Fjord to Hell is back in Hov. Søndre Land IL Athletics and Søndre Land IL Ski are collaborating on this event, which has brought together both recreational runners and professional uphill racers since its inception. The race features a 400-meter elevation gain over 4000 meters from the boat harbor in Kråkvika up to Helvetestoppen. Runners pass through Hov center on their way up, and there are great opportunities to follow the runners from the spectator area. The race starts at 12:00 PM, and it is possible to register for both the timed running category and the non-timed recreational class.
