This year, Jentebølgen Ålesund will be held on Thursday, September 19, at Sparebanken Møre Arena. Bring your good friends, colleagues, or family, and join the most enjoyable running celebration of the year! Jentebølgen is a public health run of just under 5 km specifically aimed at women, with the goal of promoting physical activity, mental health, and community. The event kicks off with entertainment at 6:15 PM, and the starting signal will be given at 7:00 PM after a group warm-up together with Stamina Trening.
Highlights
- The Girls' Wave in Ålesund is organized by IL Valder for the 16th time in 2024, and is open to everyone.
- With around 800 active women last year, Jentebølgen was the largest fitness race in Møre og Romsdal - and also the healthiest.
