Join KIL Athletics' grand traditional race around Klempheia, which celebrates its 40th anniversary this year! On Sunday, August 25, 2024, at 9:30 AM, the Athletics Department welcomes you to the 47th edition of Klempheia Rundt, starting and finishing at Hemne Ski Center. The course is the same as before, and we encourage everyone to take part in a wonderful round trip in the woods, where you are guaranteed to meet friendly people along the way. Participants can register in advance or sign up upon arrival.

- The route around Klempheia includes a fitness class of 10 kilometers and a competitive class of 10/12 kilometers, depending on age.
