Knyken Rundt is an exciting course that takes you through beautiful Knyken, starting and finishing at the Knyken Ski Center. The route is varied and offers both challenging climbs and fantastic descents, making it a perfect loop for both beginners and experienced runners. Every year, Orkdal Idrettslag organizes this traditional trail race, which attracts many participants and always has a lot of activity during the event.
