The Land Relay is a relay race for age groups 11 to 16 years, taking place in Søndre Land. The relay was reorganized in 2013 and consists of 8 legs for both genders, where each team's eight runners cannot exceed a total age of 108 years. Younger runners than 11 years can participate but will be counted as 11 years in the relay. All legs can be viewed from the spectator area northwest of the town hall, and the race has its start and finish at Hovsbakken, right behind the town hall.
