We are excited to introduce the 42 km race in 2026, starting back in Laukvika. The course goes over Matmora, up from Haugen Gård, a new trail over Isvatnryggen, past Botnvatnet, down to Sætra, out to the Red Cross, past Strandelva, into Kongsmarka, over the ski bridge by the dam, and finishes at Tjeldbergtinden in Svolvær. Participants in the marathon distance will have a bus included to the start, and the routes offer spectacular nature experiences regardless of the weather and conditions.
