The Markus Race is now being held for the fifth time and is drawing attention to the gold ribbon, the international symbol for childhood cancer. The proceeds go to childhood cancer research and Cancer Care Rogaland. The race takes place on Saturday, September 13, 2025, with options of a 5 km or 10 km timed race, as well as a 3 km walk/run without timing. Whether you run or walk, you contribute to an important cause while enjoying a unique experience in the beautiful Jæren landscape.
