The NM cross-country running long course 2023 was held in Frogner Park, where the athletes competed in several distances, including 10 km, 8 km, 6 km, and 4 km. In the senior classes, it was particularly exciting, with Hanne Mjøen Maridal and Ingeborg Østgård standing out.
