The NM Cross Country Long Course was held in Frogner Park, and high-level performances were delivered in most categories. Hanne Mjøen Maridal and Ingeborg Østgård stood out in the women's senior category, where Østgård secured her first NM gold with a time of 27:45 on the 8-kilometer course.
