Oslo Running Festival consists of eight races along the capital's beautiful trails and scenic roads. You can run whenever you want – alone or with others. You can participate individually in the SOLO category, or in the team competition as a DUO or TRIO. In DUO and TRIO, you can compete in the women's, men's, and mixed categories. Each race is announced on a Friday at 12:00, and the course is open until Sunday at 11:00 the following weekend.
