Experience the Polar Night with around 2000 runners from all over the world! The Polar Night Marathon takes place in the middle of the day, but at this time of year, the sun does not rise above the horizon. In the absence of the sun, there will be darkness, occasionally interrupted by the amazing display of colors that is so special for this time of year. Participants will also have the chance to experience the spectacular Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) while running through snow-covered landscapes in Tromsø.
