The City Center Run is a collaboration between Our City and the Kongsvinger Local Committee, and it is a sporting city festival where everyone can participate. The event takes place on Saturday, June 22, 2024, starting at the Town Hall Square by the library in Kongsvinger. The courses are officially measured at 5 km and 10 km, with the 10 km run consisting of two laps of the same course. Participation medals are awarded to all who finish, and there are prizes for the top three in each category for the 10 km, as well as the top three men and women in the 5 km.
