Sherpatrappa Opp is a rock-solid stair race organized by Northern Runners in Tromsø. The race ascends Sherpatrappa, a stone staircase in Tromsdalen that starts at Fløyvegen on the height of Lilleaksla and zigzags up the mountain until it ends at the radio mast on the plateau by Fjellheisen. The staircase, built by Nepalese sherpas from 2016 to 2019, has 1203 steps and offers participants a unique challenge. The event takes place on Saturday, September 7, 2024.
