The Kvervet Trail Run is an exciting course of 3.7 km in hilly terrain, maintained by Sømna IL's Ski Group. The trail is lit until 10:30 PM in the evenings throughout the season, and tracks are groomed after snowfall when snow depth permits. For those seeking a longer challenge, there is also an autumn hike from Dalbotn to Sæterlandet, which includes four peaks and spans approximately 13 km.
