As the name suggests, you run around 3 lakes, at least for the seniors. This includes Kyvatnet, Lianvatnet, and Haukvatnet, and the course is 8 km long. The surface is mostly gravel trail, with about a kilometer of asphalt after the wheelchair-accessible path by Haukvatnet. Runners can choose whether they want to run around one, two, or three lakes. This is a relatively new race, but it has already attracted over 300 participants.
