Race description

Wings for Life World Run is a unique race where participants run to support research on spinal cord injuries. The race does not have a fixed distance; instead, participants run as far as they can before being caught by a "Catcher Car." This creates an exciting and dynamic experience, as all participants start at the same time, but the goal is to run as far as possible before the car catches up with them. 100% of the entry fee goes directly to the Wings for Life Foundation to fund research.

Highlights

  • Participants can choose their own distance, whether they run or roll in a wheelchair.
  • The race brings together thousands of participants from around the world who compete simultaneously.
  • Participants can register via the app, which has features like GPS tracking and a virtual Catcher Car.
